Representatives & Supervisors
Several high-profile sexual misconduct cases and the #MeToo movement have captured the nation’s attention resulting in new anti-harassment laws. By January 1, 2020, California employers with at least five employees will be required to provide two hours of interactive sexual harassment prevention training to all supervisory employees and one hour of training to non-supervisory employees every two years.
Our mission is to provide low cost sexual harassment training for entertainment industry organizations looking to train their employees, managers and supervisors on sexual harassment, laws, and proper behavior. We have partnered with a third party to provide an inexpensive training program that satisfies the laws of California, as well as all other 49 States. Therefore, companies whose workforce spans multiple states benefit by having one program that covers all 50 States.
The course ends with a final exam and, upon achieving an 80% or above, issues a course completion certificate that can be verified by employers upon request.
